Occupational therapy supports you to achieve your goals that you want to achieve in daily life. Working with you to do activities to increase and build your independence and skills. Skill building such as: cooking, social skills, use of public transport, budgeting and more. An Occupational Therapist will support you with your goals and individual situation to work with you on a range of therapy initiatives so that you will be able to do things much more easily and safely.
